Selvete is a trained legal assistant and paralegal with over 20 years of experience in trademarks, designs and patents. Most recently she worked as a Service Delivery Manager Trademarks at a payment service provider. Selvete speaks German, English and Albanian.

Melanie is a trained legal assistant and state-certified translator. Prior to joining Blitzstart, she worked for over 16 years at a Munich-based patent and law firm, most recently as executive assistant. Melanie speaks German, Italian and English.

Daniel has been working as a Senior Operations Manager at Blitzstart since 2025 and has extensive experience in Operations, Venture Development, and Revenue Operations. Previously, he held various roles at Deep Neuron Lab and DataGuard, focusing on Business Development, Sales Operations, and strategic corporate development. He speaks German and English.

Pascal is has more than eleven years of expertise in the field of turnaround / special situations, specializes in M&A and manages national as well as international companies as Managing Director. He is also data protection officer in various companies. Pascal speaks German, English and French.
