Petra Schott specialises in financing and has many years of experience at leading transaction law firms.
Biography
Petra Schott advises clients on all aspects of shelf companies and their structuring, in particular on the acquisition and modification of shelf companies and on the establishment of complex group structures. In addition, she advises clients as part of Blitzstart’s corporate services, including assuming the role of managing director.
Petra worked at leading international law firms for 15 years, most recently as Transaction Counsel at Ashurst Perkins Coie. In that time, she supported lenders, private equity sponsors, debt funds and companies in acquisition financings, corporate financings and real estate financings, in both national and cross-border transactions. She also worked on refinancings and restructurings of such financings.
