Accessibility
Scope
This accessibility statement applies to the website blitzstart.com, including all its subpages in both the German and English language versions.
We are committed to making our website accessible to everyone — regardless of disability, age or the technology they use.
What we offer
On this website we provide information about ready-to-use shelf companies in all common legal forms, as well as our corporate services covering the formation, administration and winding-up of companies.
There are two processes you can complete yourself on this website:
- Reserving: you select a company, a corporate service or both, add your selection to the cart, enter your contact details and submit the reservation. For a corporate service you also describe what you need; you may attach a file if you wish. Your reservation is then summarised for you on a confirmation page.
- Submitting an enquiry: you describe what you need using the enquiry form. We then contact you personally.
Both processes can be operated entirely by keyboard. Attaching a file is never a requirement — you can put the same information in the text field or send it to us by email.
A reservation sets the company aside for you. The contract itself is not concluded via the website but in direct contact with us. You are always welcome to reach us by phone or email instead of completing a process online.
State of accessibility
We align the accessibility of this website with the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and its implementing ordinance (BFSGV). As our benchmark we follow the European standard EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1 at conformance levels A and AA.
We build our pages with semantic HTML, unambiguous names for every control and full keyboard operability. Support for assistive technologies is a binding criterion in our release process.
For content published after the date given below — such as new posts on our blog — test results may not yet be available.
Test method
We test accessibility in two ways:
- Automated testing against the WCAG success criteria at levels A and AA. This covers every page of the site structure in both language versions, plus sample pages from the blog and the team section, the navigation in its open state on desktop and mobile, and the enquiry form. These tests are an integral part of our development process and run before any change is published.
- Manual testing by operating the site using only the keyboard, including a visible focus indicator and the operation of forms and menus.
Most recent test: 3 August 2026. Whenever we change the website, we test again and update this statement.
