Biography
Martin Kerscher is a shareholder and, since 2020, a member of the management of Blitzstart. He advises clients on all aspects of shelf companies and their structuring, in particular on the acquisition and modification of shelf companies and on the establishment of complex group structures. In addition, he advises clients as part of our Corporate Services.
He has been admitted as a lawyer since 2012 and specialises in corporate law and M&A. He previously worked for law firms including Clifford Chance.
