Blitzstart assists with the acquisition of Adler Group's "Cosmopolitan" residential portfolio in North Rhine-Westphalia

Blitzstart has contributed, at the level of the acquiring property companies, to the acquisition of Adler Group's North Rhine-Westphalia residential portfolio "Cosmopolitan". The portfolio was acquired by the investors One Investment Management (OneIM) and Orange Capital Partners (OCP).

The strategic transaction comprises 6,788 residential units and amounts to EUR 422.5 million, making it one of the larger residential real estate transactions in the German market.

Blitzstart has set up the corporate structure on the acquirer side and implemented the acquisition process across its various phases. This was done in close cooperation with the legal advisers involved.

At Blitzstart, Martin Kerscher (Munich/Frankfurt), Eva Reiter (Munich/Frankfurt) and Claudius Remppis (Munich) were involved.
