Managing Director, Attorney at Law
Eva Reiter has been admitted as a lawyer in Munich since 2018 and focuses on corporate law and M&A. She has been a managing director of Blitzstart since 2026.
Biography
Eva Reiter assists clients with all matters relating to shelf companies and their structuring, in particular with the acquisition and modification of shelf companies and with the establishment of complex group structures. In addition, she supports clients as part of our Corporate Services, including assuming the role of managing director.
She has been admitted as a lawyer in Munich since 2018 and focuses on corporate law and M&A. Before joining Blitzstart, she worked for the law firm Watson Farley & Williams, where she advised domestic and international clients on corporate law and M&A transactions.
