Biography
Pascal Rieth advises clients on all aspects of shelf companies and their structuring, in particular on the acquisition and modification of shelf companies and on the establishment of complex group structures. In addition, he advises clients as part of our Corporate Services, including assuming the role of managing director.
He has been admitted as a lawyer in Frankfurt am Main since 2023 and specialises in corporate law and M&A. Before joining Blitzstart, he worked for the law firm METIS Rechtsanwälte, where he advised national and international clients on corporate law matters and corporate transactions.
