Dr Thomas Lotz founded Blitzstart in 1998 and has since been a managing director and a shareholder.
Biography
Dr. Thomas Lotz advises clients on the winding-up of companies that are no longer needed and on restructurings in various forms, from classic trust structures to the CORE model. He also assists with the establishment of complex group structures.
He has been admitted as a lawyer in Munich since 1990 and specialises in corporate law and M&A.
