Biography
Lisa Zimmermann advises clients on all aspects of shelf companies and their structuring, in particular on the acquisition and modification of shelf companies and on the establishment of complex group structures. In addition, she advises clients as part of Blitzstart’s Corporate Services, including assuming the role of managing director.
She has been admitted as a lawyer in Frankfurt am Main since 2023 and specialises in corporate law, M&A and W&I insurance. Before joining Blitzstart, she worked for the law firm Oppenhoff, where she advised national and international clients on corporate law matters and corporate transactions.
